Tasting Kit

Chart your own chocolate tasting voyage with the Tasting Kit. Explore a curated selection of chocolate tasting tiles with my "flavorscape map" and accompanying tasting notes to guide your discoveries.

Each kit includes:

• 10 chocolate tasting tiles, approximately 0.4 oz each
• A flavorscape map
• Tasting notes

Selections vary with what I am currently crafting. Have a preference? Leave an order note in your cart letting me know whether you lean toward dark chocolate, dark-milk chocolate, or are open to everything (including The Redemption of White Chocolate or any new seasonal inclusions I may be working on). I’ll do my best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

Tasting with friends? You can request two or three tiles of the same origin within your 10-tile kit, subject to availability.

Allergens: Dark-milk and white chocolate selections contain milk.
